I am hoping to finish this piece later today! I have been neglecting my home studio a bit, but I can't wait to share where all my energy has been going towards in a few weeks! 🖌️ How has your studio practice been going lately? 🫠 What inspires you to create? Wandering around the yard with my daughter looking for hidden treasures this morning reminded me of how grounding it can feel to just be out in nature and forget about everything else 💚 I'm excited to create more outdoors this summer! How about you? Enjoying the slow progress, this was meant to be a quick study, but there's so much information in a hand, so I want to take my time! 😅 Morning light view of this small study in oils I worked on last night. Does this look fun? 😂 Happy Valentine's Day friends! ❤️ A rare Selfie share from my day job as the in house artist at a children's museum! This is my first full time position with the word "Artist" in the title, and so far I'm loving it! It's really helping me to hone my craft and work ethic, things I plan to transfer into my personal practice! As always, trust the process, and keep pushing yourself to learn new things! 🙏🖌️🎨
